Lindsey Vick, CHt, RMT, HBCE, Doula, is the founder and co-owner of Sunflowers Healing and Wellness and co-founder of HelloBirth®. Lindsey is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, Certified HypnoBirthing® Practitioner, and a Birth Doula.

Lindsey Vick, CHt, RMT, HBCE, Doula, is the founder and co-owner of Sunflowers Healing and Wellness and co-founder of HelloBirth®. Lindsey is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, Certified HypnoBirthing® Practitioner, and a Birth Doula. 

She has been working with hypnosis since 2009 and has seen first-hand the power of the mind to positively alter a person’s emotional, physical and mental states. She believes that true healing can begin when both the mind and body release negative energy to accept positive change. As a former corporate and management consultant, Lindsey also brings a structured understanding of problem solving and excels in helping match tools and solutions to client needs.

Lindsey’s passion for helping people achieve satisfying birthing experiences is derived from her own personal experience. She is the proud mother of two children, the first born via cesarean in 2006, the second, a HypnoBirthing® baby, born at home in 2010.

A graduate of Wellesley College (Economics & Urban Studies), Lindsey studied hypnosis with the National Guild of Hypnotists and the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists. She is recognized by the HypnoBirthing® Institute as a Certified Practitioner of HypnoBirthing® and was trained as a Birth Doula by Birth Arts International. Lindsey’s Reiki Master lineage is six degrees separated from Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of modern Usui Reiki. 

Mark Vick, RM, BLC is co-owner of Sunflowers Healing and Wellness. Mark is a Balanced Life Coach and Reiki Master and specializes in helping clients enhance communication skills and developing strategies for conflict resolution within relationships.

Mark Vick, RM, BLC is co-owner of Sunflowers Healing and Wellness. Mark is a Balanced Life Coach and Reiki Master and specializes in helping clients enhance communication skills and developing strategies for conflict resolution within relationships.

Mark brings training and expertise in the Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills (PAIRS) method of relationship best practices as well as training in Communication for Couples from the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine. A former strategy consultant for a Big 5 management consulting firm, Mark provides strategy, organizational design and corporate communication tools and solutions for our corporate clients.

Mark designed and facilitates our Couples Communication Workshops. The three-part workshop is intended for couples who are in new relationships and/or seeking healthier, more fulfilling ways to communicate and resolve conflicts. Informative and light-hearted, the workshop examines communication best practices and is intended to guide couples toward more loving, effective and thoughtful communication. As an experienced couples and relationship coach, Mark also provides specialized coaching to couples or individuals in a private setting. Through a series of thought-provoking questions, Mark guides clients toward heightened self-awareness and increased interpersonal competence.

Mark is a graduate of Harvard University (Government) and holds a certificate of completion from PAIRS Foundation. Mark’s Reiki Master lineage is seven degrees separated from Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of modern Usui Reiki.
