We’re honored to walk with you on this part of your journey.

Your intake form has been received. This first step marks the beginning of deeper self-awareness, transformation, and the healing process you've said yes to by choosing to work with Blissful Lives®.

Your practitioner will review your responses carefully before your first session. This allows us to tailor your experience and ensure our work together is aligned with your goals, needs, and lived experience.

Depending on the nature of your session, you may receive additional resources, a preparation email, or brief follow-up questions before we meet.

You don’t need to do anything right now unless directed otherwise. Just breathe. You’re in good hands!

To help you feel fully supported, here are a few reminders and suggestions:

• Come as you are: There is no “perfect” way to show up. All are welcome. This is a judgment-free space where your thoughts, emotions, hopes, and hesitations are all welcome.
• Plan for quiet time: Give yourself a cushion of stillness before and after your appointment whenever possible. Even 10–15 minutes can help your nervous system fully benefit from our work together.
• Sessions are collaborative: You are the expert on your life. We are here to guide, hold space, and offer the tools and language that awaken your own deep knowing.

Each Blissful Lives® practitioner has a secure video conference link for sessions. You'll find your practitioner's link and contact information in your appointment confirmation email and below. If you selected a phone call for your Reiki appointment, your practitioner will call you at the scheduled time.

If you have a last-minute need, are running late, or have trouble logging on, please contact your practitioner directly by text or phone. Calling the main office number may not reach us in time to assist.

We honor your time and energy, and we ask that you honor ours as well. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy. 

If something comes up, reach out as soon as you’re able so we can offer that space to another client in need.
